| Description | Hi Kerwin The two logs attached here are STB's logs where the TV button on the RCU is not working properly. There are two things that need to be checked on FNX when there is an issue with the TV function in RCU. 1) Did STB accurately recognize EDID information of TV? 2) Has the STB delivered accurate TV information(?) to the RCU? I actually don't know what data STB delivers to TV. But can you check that the some data was delivered to the RCU ? ( Let me know if you know the log signature.) And Is there anything else FNX need to check about this issue? Please check the below two VoC issue STBs. * 40234355E059 - If you look at the dmesg, there's a lot of edid information coming in. Hi Mr. YK Jung, For 2nd question, you need to check with UEI since it is implemented by UEL for BA01 series. ( 2. Has the STB delivered accurate TV information(?) to the RCU? ) For 1st question, please check review result below: ====== 40234355E059 ====== 1. For EDID XML file, we add it in a system service and it is started after Android system is ready. If you want to check for that xml file, you need to check in main.log files. For this device, there is too few "edid" or "UEI" related messages. I can't tell if there is anything wrong. ====== D81265D046F9 ====== From the log file, I see UEI display EDID information. I think EDID file is fine.
